All orders are lovingly handmade and packed within 2–4 business days. During busy seasons (such as Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
Snow globe tumblers that are made to order may take up to 7 business days to be processed before shipping.

We ship Australia-wide using tracked postage where available. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays outside of our control.

We offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on location.
