1. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you’re located in Brisbane, you can select “Local Pickup” at checkout. Pickup is from Indooroopilly, QLD. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready (usually within 2–4 business days). Just bring your confirmation email when collecting your order.
2. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are lovingly handmade and packed within 2–4 business days. During busy seasons (like Christmas), processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated!
3. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship Australia and New Zealand wide! If you're outside Australia and would like to order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
4. How do I care for my glass tumblers?
Handwash only in cool water. Avoid dishwashers, microwaves and hot water to protect the design and ensure your tumbler lasts beautifully.
5. Can I request a custom design?
We love custom ideas! If you have a vision for something magical, send us a message via the contact page or DM us on Instagram!
6. What if something arrives damaged?
If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo, and we’ll do our best to sort it quickly.
